My current rate, for one or two guests, is $130 per night with a three night minimum. If the stay is 7 nights or longer the rate is $120 per night ($840 per week). Additional guests are $10 per night.

 There are approximately 11.5% in taxes added.

Cleaning fees are included in Rental rate

I request a 25% deposit to hold a reservation with the balance due one month in advance of arrival
